Do you conduct animal testing on your products?

  • Our black-owned manufacturing partner does not perform animal testing on any of our skin and hair care products.


Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

  • You may request changes to or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.


What is your return policy?

  • Our return policy offers store credit for items returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition with all packaging and tags intact. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective product or a mistake on our part. To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer service at info@nubiannewborns.com. Unauthorized returns will not be processed. It may take up to 10 business days to process your return and issue store credit upon receipt of the returned item.
